I've always been drawn to new endeavors, new experiences, and new people, the kind of curiosity that keeps pulling you toward the next unfamiliar room instead of settling into the one you already know. That pull has carried me across more than fifteen years of personal and professional experience in a wide range of industries, and that range, paired with a genuinely strong sense of emotional intelligence and people skills, is what shapes the way I work with clients today.
I hold a BBA with Honours from the Schulich School of Business, and I built my career around operations and project management, disciplines that are, at their core, less about imposing a system and more about noticing the shape of what a person or team is already trying to build, then giving it the structure to actually hold that shape as it grows.
That combination, technical grounding paired with a genuine interest in listening to what a client actually needs, is what led me to start Authentically Anchored Consulting. I kept seeing the same pattern show up: talented people, excellent at their craft, who wanted help making the leap from working for someone else into building something of their own, or refining a business they'd already started, without losing what made it theirs in the first place.
